Everton can loan two players from abroad without cancelling any. Last year Forest had Taveres, Origi, Montiel, Reyna and Ribiero on loan for the second half of the season. Burnley had Larsen, Tresor, Fofana, Esteve and Assignon. The '4 loans' rule is domestic only. FIFA rules are 6 at a time.
