Lovely morning spent with Adders (Vipera berus) - great to see animals I’ve photographed over a number of years still out and about and looking healthy - just magical animals to see

Spring has officially sprung, first Pleione orchid has opened - the start of about 6 weeks of various bulbs flowering, in rotation before they go out in the garden for the summer… this is Pleione ‘Piton’ a variety I’ve never grown before - it is a hybrid of Pleione formosana x yunnanensis
