Yes he joined in May, played a few European Festivals and then the US tour in August before being kicked out again. I was at Reading when he played with them - as a 6-piece band - but he's not in the programme, just Ian Mosely, so clearly had gone by then. www.markosmarillionmuseum.com/andy-ward

Looks really nice and a bargain at M&S at those prices. 15 mins on the rower at lunchtime and a 10 mile commute on the bike for me - so gently fatigued! I did see the barn owl again and the planets emerging so that was very nice. Hope your day was all good?

Anyone wanting to go see Yes would be disappointed. According to setlistfm they played in Stratford-on-Avon on that day! Doing tracks from the not yet released Yes Album as well.

I am sure I have read somewhere that the early Marillion and Fish in particular were all Camel fans. Hence them getting Andy Ward in the band when he wasn't particularly well.

Not a clue? The title of the album appeared as a track on the next album?

That's a proper lunch! It will give you plenty of energy for training.

Some great acts there - and a few weird combinations. Michael Chapman & Wishbone Ash? Steeleye Span & Kevin Ayres (with Mike Oldfield in the band). Genesis & Trapeeze? Would have loved to have seen If & Trees but Roy Harper & Hawkwind stand out.

It's a different person in each clue - and they are the 4 key members of a particular band (although one clue has a fifth member).

I would recheck one of those if I were you!

Here's a specal quiz designed just for Jan. What band connects all these 4 bands/artists? It is one she has seen and likes. Clue - with Marillion it is this specific video and tour he was on - he never recorded with them www.youtube.com/watch?v=-ywk...

Were all the covers designed/filmed around a sandpit in Barnet?!

According to the reports he was negotiating a bend on the M4 when a tire blew. But there aren't any bends on the M4? Was he coming off it onto the M48 old bridge do you know Chris?

To be fair Jan they probably aren't your sort of thing. Far to folky.

I only discovered them recently and already this has become one of my favourite albums of last year.

Personally I would have gone to discogs myself and looked at appearances. This is the back cover and has all the info you need on it. Curiously Paul Rodgers isn't on this altho he is on the previous one. As is Steve Winwood with Jim Capaldi on their second album.

You are getting there. They were session musicians on a particular album. The album is a street name of a town in North Lincolnshire & I have posted the band in my #AtoZstudioAlbums

No. Like Mike's quiz it is to do with the musicians. This is the only Tull album it works for; most of Bad Company's would do, but only the later Free.
