When setting up meetings, I've found that: 1️⃣ Sending a Calendly creates more steps and friction 2️⃣ Giving my availability within the email helps; and 3️⃣ Asking them to choose 2-3 windows WORKS 99% of the time. On the flip side, I also ask the recipient to give 2-3 windows to choose from, too.
