I can't get this tune out of my head. Watch this show. However you can. So good! music.apple.com/au/album/mai...

If I had a dollar for every time a person says they don't pay for public transport because it's not good enough, I would give it to the public transport operators so they could improve their service. Just like they could if those people actually paid!

Think you're addicted to sugar? Tell me, would you eat this whole bowl of sugar in one sitting, unable to stop? Didn't think so...

So... Section 31 was disappointing, especially as a stand-alone movie. But I'm sure the whole franchise hasn't been ruined, right?

I'm seriously considering leaving Facebook for good. All of my fun Star Trek discussion forums have turned into whinefests. This week, people are whining about how bad a movie nobody has seen yet will be. The pervasive, unchecked homophobia is also getting me down...

Was very frustrated that you can't seach for Starter Packs within Bluesky. Found this very useful site and have now added a few extra packs that will hopefully round out my feed. blueskydirectory.com/starter-packs

car dependency is a hell of a drug.

So Elon is now limiting the visibility of negative posts. Has he or any of the other right-wing people who compare everything the "left" do to "1984" actually read "1984"? Best be double plus good on X if you want people to read your posts! LOL

Same! I can actually get something productive done on a train or tram. Nothing better than a clear inbox when you arrive at the office

While they are still terribly car dependent, I think Australian suburbs are laid out a bit better than those in the US. I was looking at some satellite pics and noticed lots of footpaths (sidewalks) with places to cut through so it doesn't take hours to walk to the next block

The more people that choose to walk, bike and ride public transit to get around cities, the better cities work for EVERYONE, including DRIVERS. There’s no “war on cars,” just an opportunity for more successful cities. It’s time we tell #TheTruthAboutTraffic. Working in something new. Stay tuned.

The Australien Government has made an ad about our next federal election, and it's surprisingly honest and informative. #auspol #preferentialvoting #twopartysystem #2025election www.youtube.com/watch?v=-oxQ...
