Když něco definovat v zákoně, pak pořádně a nediskriminačně: Je fajn, že návrh nového zákona definuje juniorní výzkumníky. Ale pokud v ustanovení zákona není, že doba osmi let od obhajoby PhD se prodlužuje o dobu rodičovské dovolené apod, pak jde přinejmenším o nepřímou diskriminaci pečujících.

Vítáme zakotvení definice výzkumníků v rané fázi kariéry v návrhu nového zákona. S panem ministrem Markem Ženíškem jsme připravili potřebný pozměňovací návrh, kde by se doba 8 let od dokončení PhD prodlužovala o čas, kdy se výzkumník z důvodu péče nemohl vědě plně věnovat. 👨‍👧‍👦
