Today I’m put in mind of Napoleon, artillery expert, post-revolutionary “terror” years. When word got out about an uprising in Paris, he positioned his cannons on 1 side of the Seine, let the mob march to other side of the bridge, and let the cannons roar. End of uprisings. Where’s our Napoleon?
