Shouldn't he just launch a meme coin?

One of the guys behind Milei’s and Melania Trump’s memecoins makes astonishing admissions while arguing in favour of insider advantage. He seems to be sunk so deep in the corruption of the crypto world that he's unable to comprehend what’s wrong with scamming. Watch the interviewer's face...

Great video showing how much of a scam all of this crypto nonsense is. Truly rotten to the core. youtu.be/EqizJTbxAEM?...

For me, the best reason to move on from Twitter is that it no longer worked for me. I had 30k followers and if I posted a link to my work it would get 5-10 clicks. Additionally when I open the app I'm shown tiktok style content that doesn't interest me along with tweets from the site owner.

While on the topic of crypto industry Trump donors actively being sued/investigated by the SEC: • Marc Andreessen: $5.35 million (received letters from SEC re: Uniswap, invested in targets of SEC incl Ripple, Coinbase) • Cameron & Tyler Winklevoss: $2.6 million (co-founded Gemini, sued by SEC)

To the surprise of no one, Chancellor McCormick won't give Elon his money back. courts.delaware.gov/Opinions/Dow...

Elon Musk should consider hiring Judge Kathaleen McCormick at DOGE. She managed to slash compensation at Tesla and cut legal fees too.

I get the vibescession debate is over: the people have spoken! But economic data isn't just some intellectual exercise, it's a way we have to measure whether people are getting poorer or richer and this kind of thing doesn't happen when people are getting worse off YoY www.npr.org/2024/12/01/g...

Impressive. One cannot make this up even if we tried.

This is worse than IKEA!

I worry that BlueSky won’t survive a repeat of the Biscuit Definition Wars that plagued early Twitter. We may be about to unleash an unimaginable horror once again.

Hilarious line in today's @financialtimes.com

The decline of legacy corporate media (reporting), rise of AI, and growing hegemony of index investing all stems from the same underlying assumption — that there’s someone out there doing the work and providing signals/quality data that technology can scrape and parse without having to vet too much.
