Diuresis argument: Increased O2 req&resp distress, #POCUS -diffuse B-lines in all lung fields w/ smooth pleural line, LVEF 40%, E/e' 30, RIJ @mandible at 45 degrees, IVC greater than 2 cm, PV 100%, phasicity, intrarenal veins monophasic; however, the mouth is dry as a killer counterargument 🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️
