Content warning - guns! The story is I took a gun safety course this weekend and turned out to be a decent shot! Had a good experience and interested in going again. Probably still don’t want to have a gun in my home, but comforting to know how to handle one.

After days of crisis over being so hungry and doing all the cardio and my normal workouts I was rewarded with a 177lb weigh in this morning 🥺 I’ve been easing into muscle maintenance mode rather than trying to grow any more before summer and a consistent 175lb daily average is my target 🎯
