Domestically, Trump/Musk have a clear plan. It’s only a matter of how far they’ll go. Foreign policy wise, as the mixed messaging shows, the US admin doesn’t have a clear picture of what they want or how to get it. Europe can still shape the direction by setting terms and pushing back.
