If this is true this is the smoking gun! It explains Bullet Votes, ballets only marked for Trump, no votes for any candidate down ballot. Usually <1% of votes are bullet votes. In NC alone it was 11%! Thats 318k votes. Harris lost by 180k. All swing states saw double digit bullet votes. !!!!!
