Fucking hell. These people bought a part of my A&E once, then sold it to another private company who ran it into the ground and the NHS had to pick up the pieces. It’s a game to them. It’s NOT a game to the patients or the staff who have to work for them.

I have a nurse colleague who is rude to patients. Constantly. She’s just totally and unnecessarily confrontational. No matter what the problem, she tells them they shouldn’t be in A&E. If only she’d just get on and treat them. But she’s not great at that either, unsurprisingly.
