I've been thinking a lot about Tim Mckenna since hearing of his passing. I met him through his mental health activism, and only years later did I discover his cycling tweets. If anyone changed the conversation about mental health, it was Tim. A gentle, sensitive giant with a heart of pure gold. ❤️
