That realization that hits you when someone asks you “How much loss have you had in life?” And then you notice just all of the sudden that all you can say is “Too much.” I have 5 aunts, my immediate family is still alive thankfully. Most of my extended family had dementia, heart attacks or cancer.

I struggle with mental illness and my days have not been great. The loneliness and sadness never let up. However there are 2 things that help my loneliness. The first is of course my cat Luna. The second is watching comfort shows like #hazbinhotel, #lazytown, and #boymeetsworld.
