I wonder if people outside america looking in know that the reason many aren't willing to protest is because even if it's peaceful you can pretty much get a disorderly conduct charge if the cops simply don't like you/your cause. Then you can lose your job & it's hard to ever get another good one.

Quick reminder that if you see a headline from a source you’ve never heard of that isn’t being reported by anyone else, you really should do some due diligence before spreading it around as fact. There’s enough misinformation floating around already; no need to add more.

Reminder: if you have a Smart TV, using the power button on the remote isn't really turning it on and off. More like taking it out of sleep mode. Use the menu > system settings > power > restart option to actually reboot it if you're having issues.

Oh yeah, forgot I posted this. Yep, it is about perfect.

Whichever product designer thought "oh yes, blue LEDs would be good on the device that turns on at night" I just wanna talk. Ignore the rubber mallet.

Is SwissGear still a pretty good backpack brand? I have a couple MobileEdge brand backpacks that seem really well built that are made of like ballistic nylon and other such materials, but they don't allow me to pack my tech and EDC items the way I'd like to - the SwissGear 1900 looks PERFECT.

Work setup! HHKB Professional Classic, MX Master 3S, and some garbage Five Below palm rest

Yeah, Topre is an endgame switch. Still enjoy linears for gaming but I think HHKB just cured my addiction to buying keyboards in search of the best one for typing

Got a ThinkPad T14s Gen 2 (i7-1185G7, 32GB RAM) for $200 - one of the two Thunderbolt 4 ports is a little funky but otherwise a wonderful laptop - a good companion to go with my Dell Latitude 5410.

Didn't realize that the HHKB Hybrid models, despite being Bluetooth, use AA batteries. I kinda regret not going for one of those because an AA-powered keyboard that is more tactile than a normal scissor switch board is EXACTLY what I am looking for. Oh well - will see how I like the Pro Classic.

Thinking about getting an HHKB because it seems like that's a lot of people's endgame keyboard, would be nice if I found something so nice that I didn't want to try anything else but that's a lot to spend on one board.

Looking to connect with others who dig: #Cyberpunk (as a subculture, #hightechlowlife, 2077 is cool too though) #MechanicalKeyboards #ComputerHardware #Headphones #DeusEx #industrialmusic #synthwave

I’ve been distro-hopping for years but at the end of the day I always come back to Linux Mint. It just works.

I really like keyboards and headphones they are my expensive collection hobbies though I am learning what I like so hopefully I can downsize

Good evening BlueSky
