After 30 years of being married to my best friend. We are finally taking the trip to Europe we have always dreamed of. Atlanta to London then on to Scotland. I cant believe this is actually happening. It feels almost surreal sitting on this plane. Its been a long time coming.

I read that Jeff Baena committed suicide. I didn’t know him. But as a 52 year old man I know about pain, loneliness, anxiety, depression. These are real. We all can help the men around us everyday. Its actually pretty simple. Just check in and let them know you care.
