Russia attacked the Chernobyl NPP new sarcophagus early this morning with a Shahed strike drone, damaging the radiation protection of Reactor 4. Shaheds are accurate so this was a deliberate action. Radiation levels are under control as it did not hit any critical parts of the plant.
