He's obviously running for mayor here, but also... Rick Caruso and his private fire brigade (and his likely insistence on lower taxes) is the problem that then begat Bass's abysmal response. You can't run LA well on no new money into services besides LAPD. Caruso is just as guilty as Bass is.

The other thing people seem not to understand is LLMs hallucinations aren't the only issue. They don't have objective knowledge, they're predicting text based on their training data. And their training data (the internet) is rapidly degrading due to LLM generated content displacing quality research.
