Meet the Seagull Nebula, great example of where new stars are born. This nebula spans about 100 light-years and is roughly 3,700 light-years away from Earth. The Seagull Nebula is a mix of glowing gas and dark dust clouds. It's been a cloudy winter and the observatory has been opened in months.

The Wizard Nebula - Despite a decent result, this narrowband image had some horrible Sulfur 2 and Oxygen 3. The Hydrogen Alpha was very good. I processed this at least 3 times. Here's my final SHO image and the HA processed separately, HA starless too. 54hrs total integration from the backyard.

Meet the Pacman Nebula (NGC 281), a massive cloud of gas & dust where new stars are being born, about 9,500 light-years away in the constellation Cassiopeia. I included a starless version, without stars you can see the intricate structure of the nebula itself! Take from the backyard in Sept 24.
