Well this is strange (and one for you @nkdgardener.bsky.social ) Sometimes with online banking a little logo will appear next to an item so you can see to whom money has been paid. Up until recently the Aldi logo was correct (SΓΌd) - but the latest one has the wrong logo (Nord). Weird!

Please please take note of this. What Microsoft have done is underhand, sneaky and ought to be illegal. If you have an Office 365 subscription, do this.

Just been to the shop to get the paper. (Guardian, obvs) Woman in front of me had a strange duo in her basket: a case of eighteen cans of Carling and a cauliflower. πŸ€”

This is very worrying. Does it mean that if you donate, you will wake up the next morning to the sight of hundreds of cats camped outside your front door, demanding to be let in & fed? Anyway that white cat on the poster looks pure evil.

This shot could really only have been taken on a #Bakerloo line platform #monochrome #underground #london

Snow report. Quite a bit (for us, in York)

Black & white photo... Hamburg Hauptbahnhof, 10 December 2024

Magnificent old signage near Hoxton station. Very near to St. Mary's Secret Garden.

Oh I'm going to enjoy reading this... @johnkampfner.bsky.social Takes me back to my first visit in 1986, travelled to Berlin by train from Hamburg through the Buchen/Schwanheide and Staaken/Spandau check points...
