Passion at Theatre Latte Da was a welcome distraction from the world this weekend, if only for two hours. But it was two hours of gorgeous music and a mesmerizing, heady story about the side of love that is painful, frightening, and sometimes ugly. A truly unique theatrical experience.

If you can get get tickets to Fun Home that Theatre Latte Da I highly recommend you do so. Alison Bechdel's wrenching, hilarious work comes alive with Jeanine Tesori's score and a STELLAR cast, including some very talented kids.

it's so funny how many times Stevie Nicks re-recorded Silver Springs just to repeatedly get Lindsey Buckingham on camera while she screamed, "You'll never get away from the sound of the woman that loves you." there will never be another band even a little like Fleetwood Mac.

I don't always agree with either of these fellas but this was a delightful and insightful podcast episode. Highly recommend if you want to ground yourself in some good old fashioned local politics inanity analyzed by two reasonable guys.
