Due to the disruption in my normal schedule I forgot to weigh in last Friday. So I stepped on today. 283.7 looked back at me. Y’all, this routine is working for me. Now I look forward to Thursday’s Ortho appointment, I need to get this knee as close to functionality as its partner as I can.
