Prolly, most important part when talking to officials here up north in earthquake town is talk in fact not feelings, probably extends to other parts of the country. E.g.

With most video players you can use < > to go frame back or forward. So for frame finding going 0.25/0.5 and then frame by framing it is usually how I do it
