Working on implementing guards that patrols the entire complex. Visibility indicators will show the player what the guard can see. Still a long way before it can be called a game, but there's progress! 🀠 #solodev #indiedev #gamedev #procgen #pixelart #2d

Could this look like an interesting map to walk through? Your primary mission would be to assassinate a person in the orange room, without being seen by the guards (dots in RED). You would exfiltrate from the cyan room. #procgen #solodev #indiedev #gamedev #indiegamedev

Came a little further with my experiment. Have added a simple NPC that just wanders the halls. I also got around to implementing a simple minimap that shows where you've been. This might turn into a proper #roguelike 😳 #indiedev #solodev #gamedev #2d #procgen #pixelart

I tried to adjust the implementation to a much smoother variant, but have come to the conclusion that I dont like it at all. So I will probably opt for rooms being revealed automatically in the vicinity of the player 😊 #solodev #indiedev #gamedev #poc
