Today is World Cancer Day. This is me after my Prostatectomy last April. The operation was successful and I currently remain cancer free. I think of those awaiting diagnosis, of health workers supporting those with cancer & those whose diagnosis' aren't as positive as mine.

Just been to Doncaster and The Draftsman had these - Westvleteren Trappist beers and a bottle of De Garre for the just & £39! These beers are not just rare but also wonderful! What a find! What a result!

It would've been Cozy Powell's birthday today. To my mind this album showcases all that he was about! From the amazing Stargazer & Light in the Black where he was full throttle and commanding to the rock steady rhythm on Run with the Wolf...he was at his majestic best on this.
