THE RESIST LIST IS HERE. Proud my team just started this @resistlist.bsky.social, which will list actions that happened and that are slated to happen.

The wind is blowing 20-30 miles per hour, it's snowing heavily, near white-out conditions, and the temperature without the wind chill is 1 degree Fahrenheit. I went out to photograph but only lasted twenty minutes. Open range west of Matfield Green around 1pm today.

Final post of the series. There's no such thing as "ordinary people." -Protestors against the invasion of Iraq, 22 March 2003, NYC:

The mysteries of the night. Two does and a fawn on the South Fork Cottonwood River on the Dobbins Ranch – 2 January 2023 8:17pm:

Day before yesterday I saw that this flock is back on the river. I think it's too soon for them to be migrating northward this year. Maybe it's warm enough nowadays that they're wintering here? 23 January 2022 6:18pm:

Oh, come on! At the inauguration? Are you f*cking ketamine with this?

I visited Moscow for five days in 1993. It's a strangely beautiful city, a combination of old European classicism and Soviet era science fiction. It was also a wildly corrupt place, with black market activities, prostitution and drug dealing happening around every corner:

On the left, my image. On the right, the Al image that was clearly trained on, and designed to plagiarize, my image. All Al generated imagery is inherently theft. It's unethical, environmentally disastrous, and does irreparable harm to both artists and society.

THREAD: In 2023, I received an envelope with no return address. Inside was a flash drive containing tens of 1000s of secret files. It came from a vigilante with a tumultuous past, who'd conducted a years-long undercover operation. He didn’t tell the FBI or his family. He only told me.
