#SIoC The Silent Island of Crow is located on a nexus connecting numerous dimensions, realms, and realities, which has given it some geographically impossible features. Creatures of mystical, demonic, and alien origins, as well as mundane, all call this place home. Trouble seems drawn to this place.

13. I'm certain combat magic does exist in the world of my WIP. However, as it doesn't play a role in the story, I haven't developed it. I don't really like magic as a substitute for fists/bombs/etc. I prefer magic to fulfil a poetic role, heighten tension, & build atmosphere. #FebruaryWorldbuilders
