Lukewarm take: Has anyone seriously discussed how the Uptown area needs better USPS service? Having one building at 31st and 1st where one, maybe two, people work is almost disrespectful to the community.

An Air Quality Alert is in effect for the Twin Cities metro and a large portion of Minnesota on Monday. This is NOT for wildfire smoke, but for high ground level ozone. If you have chronic respiratory issues, limit time outside Monday. A mask does not provide protection from ozone.

Last night a former colleague taught me the Gen Z slang "on aux." As in, we are listening to music and I go, "Dang, Anna is on aux." Watch out world, as always, I am 5 years behind.

We have gained 20 minutes of sunlight in a week. We are up to 13 hours and 55 minutes of daylight! The sun will set at 8:09 p.m. after waking up at 6:14 a.m. She is really putting in the work. Thank you sun!

Here is my most recent reporting on The Mall in East Isles. We reported just last month that the Park & Rec Board failed to pass a resolution to pause construction on The Mall that would lead to new green space. A new resolution passed this week that flipped that decision.
