If you aren't from New England you may not be familiar with Bar Pizza. But trust me it is a thing, and it is delicious. Bar pizza has a thin, crispy crust that's chewy and pliable. It is 10 inches and made from freshly proofed dough. The bottom of the crust is crispy from contact with the pan.
