In BBQ Mecca - Lockhart, TX - for a few days. 1st of 3 lunches. Terry Black’s. Turkey breast, sausage, pork ribs, brisket, Dino rib (sliced off the bone). All good to great except for the beans & corn. Ordered this much to try everything and taking leftovers home to vacuum pack. #bbqmunity

Cast iron baked flat iron roast, peppers, and cherry tomatoes over some garlic butter snd herb rice. Topped with the good Parmesan! #bbqmunity

Breakfast for dinner. Jalapeno, serrano cheese, bacon omelette. Hashbrowns with HabaneroHarmon chocolate super hot sauce!

Venison back strap freshly harvested with some wagyu beef tallow, heath riles jalapeno butter, frugoni Chimichuri, and taters.

Pastrami is done.

Pastrami on the rectec today and @firehatchrubs.bsky.social Cajun chicken thighs on the kettle for this epic gumbo.

Some BBQ ramen I made the other night with some leftover Smoked Brisket and Pulled pork. With @firehatchrubs.bsky.social KBBQ and BullyXXX some @thespicygnome.bsky.social HEL Grinder and Habanero Harmans sauce. Also tater salad goes in gumbo and ramen.

Pro tip buy a bologna chub and smoke it. But cut it thick and you don't have to pac man it from not puffing up in the middle when you fry it. Not really sure what I did with that right side when slicing.maybe I took a taste 🀣
