My U.S. Rep, a Democrat, held a town hall and explicitly said that THE REASON she was speaking out louder now was because she got so many calls and emails. DEFINITELY YELL AT THEM. It’s the only language they speak. It’s literally how they gauge public opinion.

So while Amazon Prime hasn't totally purged all mentions of trans identity from its movie descriptions, its algorithm does seem to go out of the way whenever it can to avoid mentioning "transgender" in its plot descriptions, even when the character's gender identity is the central plot point.

Just watched LaLaLand for a late Valentine's Day. Rather enjoyable and feeling motivated. Loved the colors and use of it for story telling. I did point at the screen and go "ohh, ohhh!!" like a monkey when this happened, so great movie. Highly suggest.
