I have updated the #ImGui chapters of our "C++ 2D Game Engine" module to reflect the changes of how ImGui now implements an SDL backend. Enjoy! 🧉😉

When I was a kid we had special classes to learn how to use Word & Excel. I remember once my mom asking me why the VCR was not working. When I told her I did not know how to fix it, she replied: "then what's the point of you taking those computer classes?" Good times.

The fastest way of having a major library/dependency update is to publish a course that uses the current version.

Everyone sharing those 500 links of book PDFs and other educational content in a single thread should first pass a test to prove they have completed the content of those resources themselves.

I just finished listening to the "Serious Machines" audiobook by @amirhusain.bsky.social I was (mostly) aware of the history of these workstations but I definitely ended up learning something new along the way. I'm also glad the author provided companion images with the audiobook. 🙂

Learning how to disassemble binaries used to take huge books of tables, often error-ridden, and careful reading of near-identical bytes to reverse to something approaching human readable.
