Would you rather have civil liberties, or have Donald Trump tell you if what you’re doing is legal or not.

Is there anyone that wants to do any community organizing around promoting tolerant laws being passed, and protesting intolerant ones?

If every state capital and city hall had daily protests, it would be defeating. It would build, and be a deafening proclamation that we say no, this is not happening.

For the past month I have been watching the general population slowly realize what is happening, and now I’m watching the general population ask why isn’t anything being done. I’m waiting for everyone to do something and speak out. There should be protests daily, everywhere, constantly.

If people took public action instead of complained about how nobody’s doing anything, then what do you know, suddenly there are a shit ton of people doing a bunch of things. If we held large protests every day, it would spread awareness and bring pressure the baddies. Peaceful protest works.

Oh my god this is the best take. Approved.

If a leader is not constantly promoting public engagement and feedback, that person is not interested in doing what’s best for the people.

And We the People are gaining our outrage, and protesting more every day. Before long, this will end like South Korea, but we’ll probably have to defend ourselves from people that don’t like us protesting.

To the people waiting for somebody to do something, the power of We the People standing collectively in protest unanimously to say NO to atrocity is rapidly approaching. Town halls. Protest every day. Be outraged. It’s building incredible momentum, despite the attempt to disenfranchise us.

@briantylercohen.bsky.social Hey can you take a look at my last post and see if you think it’s a useful message to spread? Your platform is laaaaarge. Trying to avoid WW3 and all.

We have to be done with the current two party system after this, right? I mean, it feels like we have to completely reset. How can there be a functional relationship between the public and the governing body after all of these years of abuse and neglect.
