I met this great chap today in Chepstow walking from Lands End to John O Groats. He's got a YouTube and insta, but the folk he's raising cash for are www.hopeandhomes.org He's the pink hat man. And rather than cursing the darkness, he's lighting the world.

On February 26, cartoonist Becky "R.E." Burke, visiting the U.S. from her home in Wales, was taken into ICE custody while trying to cross the border into Canada. For the next 19 days, she became a prisoner of the U.S. immigration system. She told her story to @comicsjournal.bsky.social.

Two food wins today: - Nomo Coconut egg: less fussed by the Bounty imitation bar, but the actual egg had dessicated coconut embedded in it and was fabulous. - Tried Karaagh style coating on some Quorn chunks for H and on chicken for me. SO GOOD. Peak cronch. Will revisit!
