So I'm starting the prep for the next adventure of running 5e.2024 for the kids. It's interesting to kind of think of ways to modify things. I need to go through their characters and make a bunch of notes of the "cool things" they can do so I can give them chances to do them. 1/2

The stuff going on in California is disgusting. People actually voted for this. It's so sad that these same people who make claims at being "Christian" are the same people who would be okay with ICE and cops shooting tear gas at Jesus. Because that's what they would do at his protests.

After taking a break from all things productive following our move, I’m working on getting things back together and making progress on things again. Finished a lesson on boot.dev and started back in on learning Evennia yesterday. Feels good to make any kind of progress again.

This guy is like one of 4 Americans who actually went and got their REAL ID and immediately they said it was a fake. Just so everyone knows when they toss your ass in a truck it won't matter what passport or identification you have they'll throw it in the street and you're gone

5e update! First adventure went alright, they wanted a second the next day. So good sign. Third adventure is tomorrow. The biggest hurdle I’m hitting is finding a way to teach kids 10 and under all the things their characters can do and keep them in mind when it counts. I need a good cheat sheet.

Prepping the kids for their first 5e campaign ever. Using the new 2024 rules and excited to see how things go. Starting with a pre-written campaign aimed at families… but I think they will get a blast out of it. In the process of character creation, and it’s been entertaining to say the least.
