I don't understand what the business model here even is. Medicare is a govt program, you are either eligible or not. How can some 3rd party be generating enough value to justify a whole ass business that can afford multiple staff and pricey cars? Where's the $$$ coming from? Serious questions.

Manufacturing jobs have gotta be some the most dreary ever - go to some ugly warehouse/factory doing repetitive shit every day and probably get cancer. Even if you could support a family how many men drank and beat their wives to cope? Trying to bring this world back is sheer evil.
