Never buying an Alienware product again. My laptop has now broken down THREE TIMES in two and a half years of owning it. The first laptop they shipped me was DOA. The second one they shipped me bluescreened randomly, so they shipped me a refurb. Now the refurb isn’t powering on at all. 😡 😡 😡
