Just a Daz-zling dinger

That should help the launch angle

You have three days, starting today, to leave a public comment with the FDA about, say, why COVID-19 boosters should remain available to everyone and also free. "Individual consumer" is the category you most likely want (unless you are one of the other categories; if so, choose that).

Don't care this was a run

Brewers are 19-5 when scoring 4+ runs, Orioles are 13-6. With that scary 7th, we're now at the fun stage of "something's gotta give" Brewers 2-3 when both teams score 4+, O's 5-6

Does @pablo.show or @pablotorrefindsout.bsky.social need new soccer kits?

Winnipeg has both the Jets and Blue Bombers. There is probably some aviation in Winnipeg or something, right? Nope, looks like Jets 1.0 owner was a NY Jets fan. The Jets subreddit post featured this unfortunate comment as well. I believe that would be Sam Darnold

Everton players who scored in the most games without losing. #EFC

Is that number one?

PTKU all the way but broken down by 20.16 for the last year Luther beat Wartburg (Go Knights) 22 for the 22 year bowl streak that Wisconsin just lost. Luke, get us back there 20.19 for the 2024 Cy-Hawk score (Go State). 1.65 because boo to fees @newap-georgia.bsky.social @edsbs.bsky.social

Since the Brewers are still not active here, I'll share this. With 12 RBI, 6 XBH, 3 HR, 2 2B & 1 SB in his last three games, Jackson Chourio joined Babe Ruth, Lou Gehrig, & Shohei Ohtani as the only players in MLB history to hit those marks over a three game span. Also, don't forget Alt Text folks

Brewers home uniforms still have the small names on the back, gosh darn it

First game on FDSNWI, actually watchable in central Iowa, lots of home runs and offense, what could possibly be wrong? It’s almost all Yankees, that’s what

Way too early hot take: Yankees won the trade

106.4 from Hoskins but right at Volpe, oof

Hudson called almost all balls correctly. But looks like the strike zone was also 2-5 ball widths wider than normal.

Very few sliders for Freddy on opening day. Just 2 and neither was close to the zone.

Because @brewers.com aren't really doing anything here, thanks Mark! Frelick 5th is a bit of a surprise but okay

In case you didn't have enough Brewers content to consume before Opening Day, this from Matt goes into great detail about what Murph has to consider with lineups and pitcher usage.

Another great Uecker article! I clicked through to see Bob's @fangraphs.com page and I think his birth year is off (should be 1934). It does also list him as being alive still, this might be a data feed issue

Anyone know how to nominate a goal for the Puskás Award?

As of 8:40 am, Chuck Grassley's voicemail box is full. I was able to leave a message with Joni Ernst's office. Here's to that being a good sign

Everton get 3 points away to Brighton! Up the Toffees!

SEC Network (Florida - Georgia gymnastics) just has an OSU commercial for their football team. ESPN I’d understand but on SEC’s channel, wow.

Oh hey, still nothing in Iowa for the Brewers on FanDuel but the Twins fixed their blackout.

Meanwhile, in Iowa Iowa legislators introduce bill to establish School of Intellectual Freedom at UI, focusing on free inquiry and civic engagement www.desmoinesregister.com/story/news/e...

Net success rate for the 18 Green Bay Packers games this season. A mixed bag of results. They weren't more successful and victorious until the Cardinals game. Both Vikings games they were more successful but lost both. The three standout performances make sense (SF, SEA, NO).

Disappointed McKinney didn't make the DPOY finalists. Packers didn't have anyone else who deserved to make a list
