And now I just saw a page from League Of Extraordinary Gentlemen that’s so “biting in its satire” where old superheroes are forced to live in the hopes their “franchises might become valuable again”, and includes Plastic Man trying to hang himself, among the old heroes. Ugh

I recently found a higher quality version of the Terrifics model and height sheet done by Evan Shaner. It’s always tickled me that it says Plastic Man is 6’8”. I know he’s not usually, (most DC encyclopedias list him as 6’1”) but it’s very funny to think about if he was, naturally

Also, the splash page outright calls Woozy “The Man Nature Protects”, which is INSANE to me because it’s been so long since that was called back too. It’s officially run longer and been referenced more than Plastic Man’s “Eel” O’Brian days. Wild
