Recently I've been reading Bittersweet Candy Bowl by the talented @taeshi.bcb.cat. I think this sequence really captures how annoying some anime fans can be. Especially the guy at the end who insists on everyone calling it by the Japanese title when a perfectly good, official English title exists.

Many libraries also have mechanisms by which patrons can suggest/request purchases. One simple way to help combat book banning is to do the opposite - actively/proactively request queer books, & books that detail accurate history, etc! This supports authors (money!) & library staff (data!)

It bears repeating that 5calls.org makes it incredibly easy to contact your reps. They give you the phone numbers, a script to read, and a run down of what is happening with each issue. I just called my senators in my pjs half awake and I'll probably do it some more later
