That's why I've been learning nuendo. PT was great for me for over 15 years but last year has been a fucking nightmare. Speced out M1 Max and PT keeps giving CPU errors when I'm not even around 15% of CPU usage. No dodgy plugins mostly FF, TGC, Harrison and stock PT. Mac OS two releases behind.

Is it just me or has Plugin Alliance gone downhill? Not even talking about their endless sales, but their plugin support and updates. I stay two OS versions behind, yet their plugins either won’t load in PT, run sluggish in PT/Bitwig/Nuendo, or crash DAWs (happened in PT/Bitwig). Anyone else?
