This little book, 169 years old, belonged to my great, great, great grandfather, George Purser, who signs it when he is 13 years old. His father, James, works as a Beadle at St Bartholomewā€™s Hospital, (900 years old in 2023) - there have been beadles at the hospital since the 1500ā€™s. /1
