An "entitlement" like social security is called that because people that pay into the system are entitled to receive funds from it. Because they paid for it! It's not some handout. Go open a My Social Security account and see how much you've paid in and maybe call your reps idk.

I think why I see the mcu differently is because Inever really see them as movies that stand in their own as more part of a cohesive whole. So I like the new cap cause it pays off stuff from 15 years ago and continuing a narrative which I guess is still novel for me cause no one is doing that
