Diversity & Inclusion (which are the same thing) are healthy aspects of business. In nature, genetic diversity helps a species thrive. In business, diverse viewpoints/backgrounds keep a company from stagnating. Get rid of Diversity and Inclusion if you want—you’re just fucking yourself, morons.
