German election hottake: as an environmentalist, I want the BSW to hit the 5% threshold, which would force the CDU into a 3 party government with the SPD and greens which combined would have 194 seats, basically equal power to the CDUs 197. Also, I'm sick of the old Grand coalitions. #Germanelection

Completely in hindsight, dems probably should've purposely sacked the 2022 midterms to Republicans so they could blame them for everything. If they weren't gonna win both chambers it'd be better if they won neither.
