Ok be me, helps people with disabilities and plans to be out of town the whole weekend. Now hear that like 1/2 the people you help have fallen and had to go to the hospital. My “prep to visit bf” day has turned to me having to call for ambulances and trying to keep track of health info.😭 Hectic.

Just a reminder if you’re having a hard time with motivation. Do the easier but less effective way. You don’t need to give your 100% all the time. Give your self a break and run a dishwasher twice if needed instead of hand washing; only clean half the clothes so you need to fold less. Love y’all.
