All of the increasingly bellicose rhetoric from an ever-widening array of admin officials makes it feel like they realize this was not the test case they wanted for this policy and are worried the removal plans and any public support for them could crumble very easily.

As I keep pointing out, whilst Hartnell Who is antiquated in many ways, it remains the only era to have a female showrunner and had the only POC director for over 50 years. It was a truly baffling creative decision on Moffat's part, and feels a bit like character assassination on Hartnell himself.
