i’m not gonna dissect Kendrick’s performance any longer (lying), but i think it’s worth saying: the lowercase a chain was fucking brilliant. (context: in music theory, when doing a roman numeral analysis, minor key signatures are noted with lowercase letters. that chain literally means “a minor.”)
