One of the most rewarding parts of drawing is overcoming a personal challenge. The car on the right was the 1st iteration, and I wasn’t too pleased with it. I envisioned something more…. Round, holistic, bubbly. Hard to define. But I knew in some sense the first car was a compromise, an excuse.
